1:1 AI working sessions
Bring a goal, a question, or a project.
We'll work through it together.
Book a working session and we'll use AI tools on whatever you bring: learning a new tool, getting a project unstuck, or figuring out where AI fits in your work. You don't need to know how to code. Anything we make is yours.

How the process works
Each step unlocks the next. You cannot skip ahead — the filters are there so you never pay for a session that would not serve you.

Frequently asked
If your question is not here, apply anyway and ask it in the form — I read everything.
- We meet over video and work on what you brought. That might be learning a tool like Claude, getting a stuck project moving, or working out whether AI helps with a task at all. You set the goal. I help you get there and explain the choices as we go, so you can keep going on your own.
- No. A lot of clients start with no coding background at all. If you can describe what you want clearly and stay curious about what the computer is doing, we can usually make progress. If you already code, we can go deeper on architecture or automation; the pace adapts to you.
- That's what the free 30-minute fit call is for. If your project is bigger than a 1:1 session, or it would be better served by an agency, a course, or a different kind of specialist, I'll say so on the call and — when I can — point you somewhere that might help. No paid session until we both think it's worthwhile.
- No — I don't record sessions and I don't host recordings. The one exception is a research conversation booked through a research link: those are recorded only if you tick the consent box on the booking page, which says so before you book, and you can delete the recording at any time from the manage link in your confirmation email. Nothing else is recorded. If you'd like a recording of your own session for your own reference, ask me first; if I agree, you record it with your own app on your own device. It's yours: I never receive, store, or control it.
- Cancelling returns time to your credit balance, not money to your card. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and the whole session comes back; inside 24 hours, half of it does. You can cancel at any point before the session starts. Moving a session costs nothing at all, so if you're close to the time, move it rather than cancelling. If the session happens and the tooling genuinely could not do what we hoped, I'll make it right — you don't have to haggle. See the Refund Policy for the formal language.
- Use the link in your booking confirmation email, or your account, or reply to that email and I'll handle it. Moving a session costs nothing and can be done at any point before it starts; the new slot needs to be at least 24 hours out, which is the same notice needed to book one. A paid session can be moved up to three times. Free sessions, including research conversations and fit consults, can be moved as often as you need.
- Yes. People come with something specific they want to learn, make, or fix: a tool they want to use well, a research workflow, a data-cleaning job, a small app. Vaguer goals are fine too, and the fit call helps sharpen them.
- Mostly Anthropic products like Claude, and sometimes Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Groq, Grok, and others. When a project involves code, also Claude Code, an AI-assisted editor like Cursor, and whatever your project runs on (Node, Python, etc.). I don't push a particular stack — we pick what fits your problem and what you'll be comfortable maintaining after the session ends.
- Anything that needs certified engineering advice — production systems with real users and uptime requirements, HIPAA/PCI workloads, or anything safety-critical. I'm also not a ghostwriter for agency-style project delivery. If that's what you need, I'll say so.
- Apply for a fit call and we'll talk through what you want to learn or achieve. If we decide to do a paid session, I'll send you the current rate and a booking link — you'll always see the exact amount before you confirm. The free 30-minute fit call has no charge and no obligation.
